If customer wants to cancel a payment, then you can do it over the
phone/email but after establishing his/your identity. This
cancellation is only possible before the money transferred has
been credited to the recipient’s account. In case of timely
cancellation, it will normally take 10 working days to reverse the
transaction and customer has to provide update bank statement
within 30 days of the transaction.
Furthermore, funds will only be paid back to account it was
received from. “There will also be a charge for the refund and
this will be based on 1.5% of amount of amount paid by customer
e.g. customer pays £100 and request a refund. 1.5% of £100 will be
£1.50. Therefore, refund amount will be £100-£1.50=£98.50. This
means a refund of £98.50 will be refunded.
All refund request shall be refunded back in the currency it was
paid.
All refunds shall be available within Ten (10) calendar days of
