A "paying agent" is defined as an entity, appointed by us, to pay out money transfer transactions in the destination country identified in your payment instructions. "Service charge" is defined as the fee charged by us in connection with the money transfer. In these Terms of Use, "you," "your," and "user" refer to the person giving this consent.

As part of your relationship with Easy Ex Ltd, you are entitled to receive certain information, such as notices, disclosures and statements in writing or through email. The law requires all financial institutions to take all possible measure to stop money laundering activities and funding of terrorism by obtaining, verifying and recording identification about all our customers. We may therefore require you to provide us with personal identifying information such as National ID card, Passport or Driving License by uploading picture of such documents relating to you or Recipient and we may also legally consult third parties sources to obtain information about you and the recipient. We will verify your residential address and personal details in order to confirm your identity, we may also pass your personal information to credit reference agency, which may keep a record of that information. Be assured that this is only to confirm your identity and we do not perform credit checks and therefore your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the data protection Act 1998 and the EU Data protection regulations apply from 25th May 2018. Easy Ex Ltd will not on-board any person or business who does not complete the on boarding process through our web portal/App and get his/her proof of identity verified.

2. Proof of Identity (ID)

Proper Identification Documents will be required to be uploaded (PDF, JPG, PNG format) from original. These basic identification documents include photo IDs such as valid passport or UK’s driving licence or National ID card. Other IDs include proof of address documents like bank’s letter, Bank Statement, HMRC letter or council letters.

3. Money Transfer Services: Salient Features

Easy Ex Ltd aims to provide to its customers a quick, reliable and costless money transfer service with a good exchange rate. The company transfers money the same day or very next day except on the bank holidays. However, the money transfer might be delayed if there are discrepancies in the documents; like the details of the receiver on his/her proof of ID submitted at the receiving end do not match with that which the sender has provided at time of transferring the money OR it could also be delayed in extreme situations and for unforeseen reasons such as strikes or telecommunication failure.

5. Cancellation:

If customer wants to cancel a payment, then you can do it over the phone/email but after establishing his/your identity. This cancellation is only possible before the money transferred has been credited to the recipient’s account. In case of timely cancellation, it will normally take 10 working days to reverse the transaction and customer has to provide update bank statement within 30 days of the transaction.

Furthermore, funds will only be paid back to account it was received from. “There will also be a charge for the refund and this will be based on 1.5% of amount of amount paid by customer e.g. customer pays £100 and request a refund. 1.5% of £100 will be £1.50. Therefore, refund amount will be £100-£1.50=£98.50. This means a refund of £98.50 will be refunded.

All refund request shall be refunded back in the currency it was paid.

6. Customer’s Declaration:

I/we hereby declare and confirm that the money being remitted through Easy Ex Ltd by me/us is not derived or obtained by any illegal means and transactions are linked to any unlawful activities. I/we also herby confirm that the details and documents provided to Easy Ex Ltd are true and have not been tampered in any way. I also undertake to inform Easy Ex Ltd of any change in my circumstances and also if asked by Easy Ex Ltd to provide them with any information they might seek with respect to transactions made with them.

You agree to immediately notify Easy Ex Ltd of any unauthorized use of your user name or password, PIN or any other breach of security. The Service

Easy Ex Ltd provides a money transfer/money remittance service to “Individual customer” and “Business Customers”.

The process of on boarding a customer is through our web portal www.easyexltd.com or via the App Store (IOS and Android).

Money Transfer Processing and Delivery Schedule

After we have verified your identity, received payment into our bank account, and completed the screening for proper compliance with the various applicable laws and regulations, the money transfer is made available to the designated recipient’s bank account.

The speed of payment of a money transfer varies depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the amount of the transaction, the restrictions of the destination country, and/or the accuracy of the information provided by the user. Money transfers will normally be paid to the recipient by bank transfer.

Money Transfer Cancellations and Refunds

If you instruct us to pay a money transfer to a designated recipient and later request that we stop the payment of such transaction, we will need to check first with to ensure transaction has not been paid.

If we can confirm that payment has not been made, the money transfer will be cancelled and we will refund the amount of the money transfer, excluding the bank transfer fee Easy Ex Ltd will incur by such refund as our bank charges us for every pay out and this is based on the amount.

Money Transfer Transactional Restrictions

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to: (i) reject a proposed money transfer; (ii) limit the amount of a money transfer; (iii) require additional information to complete a money transfer; and/or (iv) take reasonable measures with respect to a money transfer in an effort to comply with applicable laws and regulations. As a user, you agree not to attempt to circumvent the parameters of the service by false information, or any other means.

Any other use or attempted use of the service for commercial purposes, promotion of products and services, or other such purposes, directly or indirectly, by you or by a third party is prohibited.

If you provide us with incorrect recipient information, we will contact you to correct the recipient information or process a refund of your money transfer.

If you use your mobile phone to make money transfers, you are responsible for any fees that your phone service provider charges, such as fees for SMS, data services, and any other fees that your phone service provider may charge.

Intellectual Property Rights

The website and mobile application and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Easy Ex Ltd, its licensors or other providers of such Easy Ex Ltd and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are permitted to use the website and mobile application for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the Easy Ex Ltd on our site, except to (a) store copies of such Easy Ex Ltd temporarily in RAM;
